Data Deletion Request

You are in control of your data. Soccerscope offers two ways to delete the information we hold about you. Both are free and processed within 30 days of receipt.

Option A · In-bot self-service (fastest)

1. Open our Telegram bot.
2. Send the command /delete_my_data.
3. Confirm the warning prompt — your data will be wiped within minutes.

Option B · By email

Email privacy@betscope.cc from any address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following so we can locate your records:

• Your Telegram user ID (numeric — find it via the /whoami command in our bot), or
• Your Telegram username (e.g. @yourname), or
• The email address you used (if any).

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR Article 17 and equivalent regulations.

What gets deleted

• All conversation history with the bot.
• Your Telegram identifiers (user ID, username, language).
• Marketing attribution and event data linked to your identifiers.
• Any preferences or saved teams you set up.

What may be retained

We retain anonymous aggregated statistics (such as "X queries on date Y") that contain no identifier traceable back to you. We may also keep transaction records where retention is required by tax or accounting law.

Third-party data

For data shared with third parties (such as Meta Conversions API or LLM providers), we will instruct them to delete or anonymize the linked identifier as part of your request. Their downstream retention is governed by their own policies.
