These Terms govern your use of the Soccerscope service (the "Service"), including our Telegram bot and website at betscope.cc. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Soccerscope provides AI-generated football match insights, statistics summaries and educational analytics. The Service is informational and intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, broker or financial service. We do not facilitate any transactions or wagers of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your country, region and city.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the Service at scale.
• Send abusive, harassing, hateful or harmful content via the bot.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Resell or rebrand the Service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these rules.

4. AI-generated content

Insights produced by the Service are generated by large-language-model systems and may contain inaccuracies. You should not rely on the Service for any decision with material consequences. Always verify key facts against independent official sources.

5. Third-party data

Statistics shown by the Service may be sourced from third-party data providers. Names of clubs, leagues and tournaments are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. Pricing and payments

The free tier of the Service is offered at no cost. Paid features (where available) are billed via Telegram Stars or other payment processors integrated into the bot. All prices are shown before purchase. Refund policies for paid features are described inside the bot at the moment of purchase.

7. No financial / wagering advice

Soccerscope does not provide financial, investment, tax or wagering advice. Information from the Service is provided "as is" for educational use only. We are not responsible for any decision a user makes based on the Service.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by blocking the bot. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue any feature.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the bot. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith via email to hello@betscope.cc.
